MillionPetBlocks is a digital platform that lets people purchase and personalize pet blocks displayed on a virtual monument. Each pet block can include names, messages, dates, and photos. "Permanent" means continuous display for the operational lifetime of the MillionPetBlocks website. The Company does not guarantee perpetual availability beyond the life of the platform.

All purchases are final. Pet blocks are non-refundable once approved and displayed on the monument. Payments are processed securely through Stripe — we do not store your payment information.

You are responsible for the content you submit. Content must not contain nudity, hate speech, harassment, or any illegal material. We reserve the right to reject or remove any content that violates these guidelines without refund.

You retain ownership of the content you upload. By submitting content, you grant MillionPetBlocks a worldwide, non-exclusive license to display your content as part of the Service.

MillionPetBlocks is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Service.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
